Adams looks at his own story; not the best artist, not the best business man,

not the best writer but rather good enough in each area created success for him.

Adams says “ add in my ordinary business skills, my strong work ethic,

my risk tolerance and my reasonably good sense of humor, I’m fairly unique.

And in this case that uniqueness has commercial value.”

                             How does a talent stack work? 

You work and leverage the skills/talent you have to develop an edge,

whether in networking – building a great database of contacts, access to capital,

coding skills / app development, legal talent, design, technical skills,

selling skills, negotiating abilities, writing and presentations skills…and more.

Any combination of these are your economic value add.

                                      No skills?

No problem, you can learn them (but be patient with yourself).

There are plenty of online courses, programs/ lectures so that you could

master any subject at your own pace and at your own time with minimal

to no cost.

If you have the finances you can fast track the process and even get

mentors/coaches to guide you to whatever level of skill you are aiming for.

Mixing what appears to be average/ normal skills together in the

right combination and with a degree of determination you can become extraordinary.
